    Great location near the sea, with clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Enjoyed quick access to shops and restaurants. Minor hiccups like a broken kettle, but the staff were friendly. Just a heads up, our room missed having a balcony. A lovely stay!

    Fairly quiet unit with an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and refrigerators. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Marvellous location for New Plymouth, near to cafes and restaurants, good restaurants and the Festival. A fabulous and perfect hotel, my first choice in New Plymouth.

    It is well priced. Fairly clean and perfect place, has good views of the shopping mall rather than the ocean. The room is inviting, the staff is lovely and very obliging. Separate bathroom is clean.

    I really enjoyed this hip new hotel for its family atmosphere and really helpful staff. The room was brand-new and nicely decorated, offered useful things, such as a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The bedroom was separate and the bed was amazing. It was in a central location close to shops and restaurants. Good service was provided here.
